Safaricom has launched a new app,solely for MPESA. The app seeks to resolve issues that usually arise when using the sim card for Mpesa transactions. One of the major ones being failure of a sim card to pick, especially if the phone has slots for more than one sim card. The new M-PESA App makes it easier to transact on M-PESA. It enables you to view your M-PESA balance in the home screen. The "Favorites" feature lets you save your most frequently used features so that they are just a click away. Frequently used contacts and till numbers are automatically displayed so that you can quickly find them to send money or make payments.
